You see a conflict brewing, what do you do?  There are a number of ways to “de-escalate” a tense situation —  keep it from happening in the first place, immediately reduce the level, intensity or size of the conflict, or determine a better time or place to “tackle” the issue(s). But how?  Learn some practical techniques address all three situations. as well as how to be a model to your coworkers/employees/customers. We will also have free chair massages available!

Jetta Todaro is a mediator in Austin.  She has mediated in a variety of settings including: business; for- and non-profit organizations; divorce and intact families; faith-based organizations; and in higher education and healthcare.  As an  impartial, third party, she provides a safe place and a process focused on assisting others in identifying, managing, and/or resolving their issues.
